Editorial-style photography and scroll-stopping social-first videography are what we do best. We focus mostly on special spaces, food, and travel (which also happen to be our three favourite things!), and we love documenting the feeling of a unique stay, dish, or experience in a natural yet inspiring way.
We also have over a decade of experience in editorial writing and communications, and offer additional written content packages if required too.

We're Ballarat-based photographers but available for shoots across Victoria and beyond.
We're also available for commission worldwide.

Travel is our life, so absolutely. Our packages include travel expenses up to 2 hours from Ballarat within Victoria, If you have a business or property beyond, we charge $50 (+ GST) per hour travel (beyond 2 hours radius).

You drop us a line with some details about your project, and we’ll send you our rates card and some more information. We’ll also answer any initial questions you might have - and may even have some of our own!
Once you’re ready to proceed, a photo shoot date is locked in as soon as your contract’s been signed and your 30% deposit has been paid.

We deliver your photos within 14 days of your photoshoot, unless otherwise agreed.
A rush fee will be incurred for content required within 3-days of shoot completion.

No, we don't give out our RAW files to clients as they're essentially drafts that don't accurately represent our finished style or approach.
We're all about protecting our unique style (after all, it's why you hired us!), and ensuring the highest artistic quality and integrity of your final images. Unlike the JPEGs that phones produce, RAW files are unprocessed and uncompressed data files which require specialised editing skills and software to process.

Plans change, weather gets wild, illness takes over - we totally get it.
If you'd like to reschedule your shoot for another date, we'll always do our best to find a time that works, depending on availabiity.
However, if you'd like to cancel your photoshoot with us altogether, cancellation policies and fees do apply. These will be fully outlined in your signed Client Service Agreement.

We’ll send through a contact sheet for you to make your final selects. Once final selects/final edits have been made, and final payment received, we release the final high-res content.
All files will be delivered via Google Drive link. You do not need an account to access these.

To secure the services of Wanderer Studio, we require a 30% deposit to to be paid prior to commencing the job. This non-refundable deposit goes towards the total package price and also serves as the cancellation fee.
The balance (70%) shall be paid prior to delivering the final content. Once payment is made, the content is delivered, as per the above delivery method.

Our photography/videography is our intellectual property.
Purchasing a photography package does not entitle you to ownership of the photographs; all permissions belong to Wanderer Studio.
Photos must not be distributed to third parties where they stand to make financial gain (e.g. magazine publication) without prior written consent.

Absolutely! Share your photos and videos on social media - that’s where you’ll get the most out of your investment.
We'd just ask that you please tag & credit @wandererstudio.co when sharing on Instagram.

Unless otherwise agreed, images are to be used by you, and only you (why let others use the images you paid for, for free?).
Our full terms around third party licensing are outlined in our service agreement with you, but please get in touch if you have any questions. We're always happy to discuss this on a case-by-case basis.
